I think I posted that I was really excited to have found what I thought was a cure for my incessant headaches. I started taking magnesium and for about a week I was headache-free. Unfortunately, it wasn't in the cards for me to get permanent relief. The past two weeks I've had a headache every day. I'm sure everyone has had constant pain during some part of their life (if not, I'm happy for you) so you know how tiring it is. How it saps your energy, happiness, will to live... okay, so I'm being a little over-dramatic but I'm just SO TIRED of having a headache every day of my life. Things that used to work to prevent them no longer do, and many things that used to relieve them no longer do. I've experimented to figure out what triggers them and I haven't found a pattern or food that correlates to them at all. Except stress, which isn't something I can easily control.

There's my big whine for the month. I'll quit it now.
