Barncats in Ellensburg

These are our favorite Christmas gifts this year. We were blessed by Gram-Santa with all three! Needless to say the kids are having fun playing the Wii and will be entertained for the rest of their winter vacation.

Not only did we have that excitement on Christmas, but it actually SNOWED Christmas day, so we had a white Christmas after all. It was very cool. We spent most of the day at my mom's house eating, opening gifts and eating some more. My brother Scott was the chef du jour and made some amazing scalloped potatoes, standing rib roast and green beans. It was definitely a savory feast!

It's fun to have Camille home for a few weeks too. I don't realize how much I miss her until I get to see her every day for a little while. Poor kid though- she's had a sore throat/cold the whole time she's been home. I thought we were done with that when she had her tonsils out...

Shane gets to go snowboarding at Whistler with his friend for five days. He's a lucky kid! We may have to get him more hand warmers for that week.

Brayden turns 17 on January 5th- I can't believe my kids are so grown-up.
