Barncats in Ellensburg

Not much has happened with the kitchen since the last blog. I had the dates for the cabinets wrong. They're actually coming this Friday and my guess is we won't be ready for them. I can't seem to get my electrician to come and get stuff wired, which is a big deal. It needs to be done before the cabinets go in. That's stressing me out a lot. I need to get the walls painted but they aren't ready either, and the ceiling needs fixed in a lot of places. Of course, a remodel is always more trouble than you think it'll be.

Happy Birthday to several people this week- Shane turned 14 on Saturday, July 21. My friend Jennifer is 40 today, and Nikki turns 36 tomorrow! Lots of July birthdays in my world. Not as many as January, though.

Other than that, life goes on!
